The founder of the Synagogue Church Of All Nation (SCOAN), Prophet T.B. Joshua has been seen recently with three bags of rice on his head.

The picture shows the smiling televangelist in a brown ‘Emmanuel.tv’ T-shirt with a face cap and then three bags of rice on his head.
